Enjoy fantastic seaviews from your bed when you wake up and open the blinds or watch the beach while having breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun. The apartment has a private, 130 m2 sun terrace on top of the building. A private parking space is available in the basement of the building. Bus station at two minutes walk.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
