Renovated apartment of 50 m2 in a private and secure residence, 300 m from the center. It is composed of an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with a bed 160x200 cm, a bathroom with shower (towels and shower sheets provided), a separate toilet and a large terrace. All the windows of the apartment overlook the wooded park of the residence. A 12 x 6 m swimming pool, a garage (w.240 x h.190 x p.500 cm) and a bike room will be at your disposal.

Ideally located just 8 minutes walk from the city center of Uzes, it is also less than two minutes walk from all amenities: Bakery, shops, bank and pharmacy. The pool is shared with the owners. In our very typical village of St Quentin la Poterie, all shops, you will fall in love with the creations of potters, restaurants, the farmers' market on Tuesdays and the authentic Provencal market on Fridays in a southern atmosphere.

Charming Stone cottage, the Mazet. An old stone dwelling with a hemp extension. Light, airy, cool, private... a peaceful dwelling in a calm woodland setting, near the beautiful town of Uzes. Return to your source in the forest on our 1 hectare permaculture land. A serene nest, perfect for couples or those with a young infant (under 2 yrs of age) as only space in bedroom for an additional travel cot.

Our pretty stone house of 120 m2, recently renovated and air-conditioned, awaits you for a pleasant stay. Beautiful terrace with outdoor lounge, barbecue, ping-pong table. The 3X3 swimming pool, adjoining the terrace, is perfect for cooling off, having fun and keeping the children under supervision. The accommodation has a fiber internet connection and parking for several vehicles. Pets are welcome.
