Beautiful hilltop home, overlooking Lough Derg - Arra mountains to the east and Lough Derg to the west with all the lakeside amenities Our home is a 2 storied 6 bedroomed house with panoramic views of the lakes, rivers and mountains of North Tipperary. The house is set in great privacy on 1.6 acres of gardens and woodland at the end a long driveway accessed through electric gates. Perfect location for enjoying local amenities or exploring the rest of Ireland - 2 hours to most tourist spots.

Tom Rocky’s Farmyard
This old farmyard has undergone a beautiful restoration. The open space & scenery all around here is stunning, with the Devils Bit mountain as a backdrop. It is a really peaceful spot. There is a large, enclosed yard space and an open shed area with lights & seats, and a roofed kids play area. The old market town of Templemore is a 4 min drive, boasting a beautiful town park with woodland walks & a lake. We are just 12 mins drive from Exits 22 or 23 on the M7 Dublin-Limerick motorway.

Striking Tipperary Farmhouse
Our 100 year old farmhouse set in green pasture and attractive private gardens has all modern conveniences including an induction hob,DW, electric fan oven air fryer, MW, and a cosy log stove for comfort and warmth. Close to Thurles and yet secluded and private. The setting is tranquil with nature and local woods where one may walk between the trees and reset. We respectfully request that guests take off their shoes in the back lobby when entering the house and use socks or slippers .

The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
