Park at your own entrance to this ground floor accomodation, with outside dining area & bbq. Opens up to field area to exercise your dog & family alike (please note, as shows on pictures, this area is not fully fenced). Within the immediate area are stunning walks & cycle routes. The Hide Lodge is a stylish space, designed with relaxing and retreating in mind. It is cosy and warm with underfloor heating. The open plan lounge and living area has full width bi-fold doors, which allows the space to be fully opened up to feel like part of the woodland beyond. The main bedroom boasts sliding french doors, also overlooking the woodland and stream, with a bath placed to enjoy this view. There is a private terrace and patio area to enjoy al-fresco dining or star-gazing.

Our mid-terraced cottage sleeps up to five guests in its three well-presented bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The heart of the home is its living room, complete with a multi-fuel stove which brings some extra cosiness in the colder months, or somewhere to dry your boots after a day in the fells. We have free parking for two cars on the driveway outside the house, and around the back is a shared garden with outdoor seating, ideal for al fresco dining when the sun is shining!

Nestled amidst stunning countryside in close proximity to both the Lake District and Pennines, this charming getaway offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts, with original timber beams, a wood-burning stove, and a private outdoor patio and lawn. The Barn can be booked along with The Byre next door for pairs of couples.

Traditional English Cottage, Eden Valley, Cumbria

Gatesgarth is a 2 bedroomed traditional English cottage with self contained bathroom, kitchen & lounge, part of a 16th Century Inn, all overlooking the Eden Valley. Our kitchen has a log burner so you can unwind in a cozy atmosphere. This cottage has a private entrance and each room has a beautiful aspect overlooking the countryside. And you could choose to dine in our restaurant. Please check opening times as we do not open every day. Booking is also advisable.

The Hayloft (on the doorstep of The Lake District)

First floor barn conversion located in the peaceful village of Newton Reigny, a 9 minute drive from the Lake District National Park border (lake Ullswater just 15 minutes away). The village has a pub & a small shop. A 5 minute drive from the historic market town of Penrith which has a selection of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants & amenities. Easy access to the A66 for Keswick. Very convenient to get to from the M6 motorway (junction 41).

Bring the whole family to Church House, a beautiful old farmhouse with lots of room for fun. With spacious living areas and lovely bedrooms, it's a wonderful place to stay whatever the weather. There's also a large garden with incredible views across the Eden Valley to the Pennines and Lakeland Fells. The property was recently upgraded with the addition of a large, sky-lit dining space that makes it a superb location for entertaining.

Set in the tranquil Eden Valley close to the Lake District National Park, Great Salkeld is a a pretty little village retaining much of its traditional charm. The Barn is a wonderful place to stay and provides all the luxuries and home comforts from a modern renovation. The stylish decor and furnishings provide a comfortable, airy and homely atmosphere whilst retaining the original character.

Eden Grove Cottage is a delightful 3-bedroom eco-friendly cottage nestled down and quaint courtyard, lined with established trees and shrubs, creating a peaceful attractive location. Formally a stable block, the building has been converted into a surprisingly-large holiday home for up to six guests that comprise a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area.
