Roxy Ridge 3, the third cabin in the development contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and balcony. The unit has one bedroom, one sleeper sofa and bathroom. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Full Bath with a walk-in shower downstairs. Experience a serene countryside getaway with breathtaking sunsets and peaceful surroundings, just moments away from Versailles.

A modern cabin in town! This is the only residence on 4.2 wooded acres, and feels like you’re miles from town. Located 3 minutes drive from downtown Pawhuska. Relax on the 320sf deck by the house, or walk just a few steps down a wooded path to the platform overlooking Bird Creek, lots of wildlife can be seen. Perfect for a couples weekend, or a quiet getaway. Queen bed in the loft and a queen Murphy bed in the main room. A wilderness retreat within the city limits!
