This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.

Beautiful three-storey semi-detached house with a large terrace and wonderful sea views, located between the beaches of Anfi del Mar, Patalavaca, Costa Alegre and Arguineguín. On the main floor we find the living room with Smart TV and WIFI, full kitchen, toilet and terrace with barbecue, outdoor table and two sunbeds. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. On the second floor is a second bedroom with two single beds.

The Arguineguín Cottage

An excellent apartment very close to the sea and very central in the village of Arguineguín. It is fully equipped, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a kitchen, a living room with a TV, a bathroom and a wonderful balcony to enjoy the outdoors and relax. It is located two minutes from both beaches, surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets and areas to stroll. Here you can enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has recently been renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
