Our little house is located in the middle of our garden were you can relax and enjoy the sun. It is located 200 m from the sea and the peninsula of Grand Resort Lagonisi. Bus station is 3 min walk from the house and there is a bus that connects with the Athens metro. Ancient Temple of Sounio is just 20 mins by car. There are beautiful beaches around, coffee shops and restaurants. The main street of Lagonisi is just 700m away, where you can really enjoy walking, cycling, clubbing, eating.

Please read carefully: Cute and cozy, well equipped, renovated studio, only 15/20’ minutes walk to the Acropolis (900meters). Situated in a quiet and charming area of Koukaki, ideal if you enjoy being away from the noisy and touristy spots, yet walking distance to the metro Sygrou Fix (800 meters), Acropolis, Plaka and to a wide selection of vintage coffee shops, bohemian bars and traditional "tavernas"on the pedestrian street of Olympiou.
