New and modern apartment (2024) with lovely sauna! Amazing views of Jotunheimen and great hiking opportunities in summer and winter. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment building. It has two bedrooms, bathroom with sauna and a cozy living room with sofa bed (140 cm). Hallway and bathroom with heating cables. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for washing up and cooking. The balcony has a seating area and a lovely view of Tyinvannet. Nice randone opportunities right from the apartment. Parking possibility in the basement.

There are grocery, sports shop, eateries, pub, cross country trails and alpine skiing in the immediate vicinity. The place is also centrally located in relation to fantastic hikes in the mountains, both summer and winter, as it is located at the foot of Jotunheimen. Whether it's skiing, biking, snowshoeing, or your preference. You also have Eidsbugarden, Kongevegen, Borgund stave church, Vettisfossen, Årdal and Lærdal in reasonable proximity to the place.

House in Utladalen / Jotunheimen (Vettisfossen)

Cozy ,old restored house in the utility room upper Årdal on the farm to the host is rented out; kitchen, living room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms with 4 double beds (and baby bed). Barbecue table and fire pit can be used in Hagen. Playground for children in the garden as well as animals in the yard. The house is located at the entrance gate to the Jotunheimen National Park (Vettisfossen) and a few km from the Sognefjord. Here you can get guided mountain hikes in magnificent nature or fjord safaris by kayak Great downtown bathing facility 4km from the house

Filefjellhytta at Tyin and Jotunheimen.

Filefjellhytta is close to alpine resorts, ski slopes, hiking areas and Kongevegen over Filefjell. The cabin is located in a well-established cabin area, close to the trail network and with ski-in/ski-out to the alpine slope. From the cabin it is nice walking distance, about 700 meters to Filefjellsenteret with Sunday open Jokerforretning and Intersport. The cabin is located sunny and nicely located on a cozy natural plot in sloping terrain, about 870 meters above sea level. From the cabin there are great views of Tyin and the alpine area.

Direct views of Lustrafjorden and mighty Feigefossen waterfall. 35 minutes by car to Turtagrø and Jotunheimen with the possibility of summit touring and winter activities on one of the many famous mountains in the national park. 45 min travel time to Breheimcenter and the spectacular Jostedalsbreen glacier. 40 minutes travel time to Sogndal city centre. 10 minutes to water park and shopping mall. Swimming area nearby.

Here you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing on your own beach just 2 min from the house. Mulegites for renting SUP boards if you wish. This is a nice starting point for mountain hikes, fjord safaris, water park,stave church visit, canyoning, swimming,rafting or a cozy cafe visit. Hytten er godt utstyrt med vann, støm, dusj, badstu, peis, vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin m.m. Enkel adkomst med bil 300 meter på grusvei fra FV 53 Tyin-Årdal. Parkering like ved hyttedøren. Ta med eget sengetøy og håndklær. Du må selv rydde og vaske hytten før avvreise, da jeg ikke har rengjøringservice. Ønsker kun å leie ut til familier eller par der en er minst 35 år.
