This is a bright and comfortable apartment. It is located at the heart of Yerevan (small center) and is just between the Opera House and the Republic Square, both less than 5 min walk away. The Northern Avenue is just around the corner with all the fancy boutiques and cafes. There is a 24/7 supermarket nearby. You're gonna like staying here and hope to see you back again. Your stay at this newly renovated apartment is guaranteed to be delightful and one of a kind. It is located in the center of Yerevan and walking distance to the Republic Square Yerevan and Vernisazh. The furniture and appliances are all brand new. The unit is on the 4th floor, but since the building doesn't have an elevator, the guests have to use the stairs. Also, we fluently speak Armenian, Russian and English.
