Our unique former water reserve in the grounds of our C18 wine chateau has been lovingly transformed into a 32m2 off-grid bed and breakfast suite with a king bed, shower room/toilet, private terrace and equipped outdoor kitchen. Guests can enjoy all of our other facilities including our stunning heated pool and grounds. Not suitable for children, pets or those with reduced mobility.

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

"Dreams on the Riverbed" (independent suite)

In a village house dating from the late 18th century, a charming small independent suite opening onto an enclosed garden facing the Garonne river. Breakfasts are included and served to you. From May onwards, the garden becomes lush and offers a sweet scent of flowers; wisteria, roses, jasmine, iris... We share our garden as well as the small swimming pool (3.10 m x 2 m at 50 cm from the ground and 1.20 deep). 20/25 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 hour from Arcachon, 45 minutes from St Emillion.
