The village of Lindoso is well known for its Medieval Castle and one of the largest clusters of typical granite granaries (”espigueiros”). This is an old stone house next to an old water mill. Both have been rebuilt in harmony with the traditional architecture of the region. It is an invitation to enjoy the peace and the landscapes of the rural environment. The Wind Mill

Beautifully located in hills overlooking the Atlantic Ocean sits the Marinhas windmill. The windmill dates from the year 1758 and was built in the traditional northern Portuguese style with circular walls, two floors, an entrance on the grown floor and two windows on the upper floor. It is classified as a municipal heritage building. Why Apulia? Because this village is famous due to its nice location bordering the Portuguese North sea shore! The sea water is indeed very cold, but uppon this "small" detail :) Apulia's is for decades recomended by health Professionals due to its high water and air quality rich in Yode. Lanscape and beautifull sunsets are the best. You can find very nice spots to visit and/or just appreciate the richness of the place and smell the sea aroma. Come and see :)
