Located in a quiet and secure area in the wider city center of Antananarivo, 5 minutes drive from Analakely, our apartment is ideal for a family of 4. It includes a double bedroom with built-in closet; a large living room consisting of a TV area, a dining area and a bunk bed; a well-equipped kitchen; a bathroom with water heater; a toilet ; a terrace and a garage for a small car (otherwise you will have access to an indoor car park). You can also have access to our garden which is equipped with two swings. Wi-Fi connection is available at all times, as well as TV with sat channel channels and local channels. A housekeeper is available for cleaning (free), laundry and ironing (extra charge). The neighborhood is quiet and secure with evening lights. You can find nearby a supermarket, a bakery, a hairdresser, a gym, a pharmacy, banks and many other useful shops for everyday life. Two bus stops and a taxi stop are on either side of the property, a 2-minute walk from the property.

Centre ville, appartement spacieux et confortable. Vue exceptionnelle sur le Palais de la Reine, le lac Anosy et le stade Barea. Quartier calme et sécurisé. A 5 min à pieds des quartiers administratifs (Anosy, Antaninarenina), proche de toutes commodités et des restaurants branchés. 3 chambres avec lit double chacune.
