From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Six Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

We are situated in Bunmahon,County Waterford with views of the Comeragh Mountains and beach.A short drive away is Waterford Greenway,Waterford Crystal,Reginalds Tower,Tramore Beach,The Copper Coast Drive and Unesco Geo Park and Dungarvan Bay.Our local Village is Kilmacthomas,home to the famous Flavahans Porridge and viaduct with bike hire for the greenway,pubs and restaurants.
