Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Welcome to our nice guest house of about 17 sqm, which is decorated with a stylish, fully tiled bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and a kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave and sink). Here you sleep comfortably in a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm). If you want an extra sleeping space, there is an extra mattress to put on the floor. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Dining area in the cabin and on the associated patio. Pets are not accepted due to allergies. Strict no smoking policy in the cottage and on the property. Warm welcome!

The cottage in Hanhals (without kitchen)

The room is Hanhals, 6 km to Kungsbacka city center. Feel at home in a self-contained small cottage on my property, separate from the main house. - 500 meters from the swimming area - 3 km from Kattegattsleden - Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee press, cups, plates and cutlery. Note that the small cottage is self-contained without access to the property. The room does not have a kitchen available. - Indoor and outdoor tables/chairs - Toilet, shower and hairdryer - Parking - Wi-Fi - Bed linens and towels are included - Cleaning included

Camping cabin on a farm

Simple camping cabin located on the edge of the farm's garden. The cabin has one room with a simple kitchen and a bunk bed with two beds plus two beds in a sofa bed. Toilet with separate, simple shower with hot water, which is located about 50 meters from the cottage. Toilet and shower are shared with our other camping cabin. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price, but can be purchased for SEK 100/set. Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for SEK 300. Failure to clean will be charged at 400:-

Beachfront villa with sea view and large garden

Enjoy fantastic sea views and a peaceful location, for families and large groups. From the large lawn, you have direct access to SUP paddling. Walk five minutes to the small boat harbor at Lahall for swimming and beach, or walk along the sea and enjoy the beautiful nature. The villa and its surroundings offer excellent opportunities for joint activities, and in the nearby area there are golf and tennis courts. Perfect starting point for discovering Halland and the West Coast, regardless of the season!

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
