Everything about it is perfect, its location on the beachfront (2 meters from the water) makes us feel like we are on the beach even without leaving the house. With the speedboat, kayak and boats we venture into the calm sea that reminds us of a lagoon. Whenever we are in it, fun is guaranteed in sports such as swimming, beach soccer, fishing, diving, etc. The house is quite well-equipped, with everything we need in our private club!!!! Paradise is here. Cozy house by the sea, in a quiet neighborhood, less than 10 km from downtown Angra do Reis. The house has a large living room, an open kitchen and 1 full bathroom on the lower level, and 2 suites with stunning sea views on the upper level. A lovely lawn with a barbecue and wood-burning stove. It has a mooring for boats and a pier (shared with the house next door and used only when necessary). The house is equipped with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens.

The guest house is located next to Figueira Beach within the Ponta do Cantador Condominium in Angra dos Reis. Figueira Beach has crystal clear waters, a true oasis. The beach is very quiet, great to rest and enjoy the view. The house is surrounded by the sea with panoramic views from the bedrooms, kitchen and pool area! The surrounding nature is a work of art! Very quiet place, where you can hear the birds singing!!!!

Wooden structure, with mezzanine, glass front with incredible visuals, fireplace to warm the cold, a lot of nature, is perfect for the contemplation of the moon and stars! It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 additional single mattresses; all indoor spaces are open-plan. It is isolated, my house is in the property, but some 80 meters away, who rents does not share the space with other guests.
