If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not the house that meets that need. West-facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Kitchen, 2 induction stoves. The refrigerator is in the shed in connection with the terrace. Dining/living room with wood-burning stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single beds, double bed 140 cm in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

It is not far to Grenaa city center, which has a large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and cultural experiences.

Sommerhuset ligger kun en kort gåtur fra en af Danmarks bedste og mest børnevenlige sandstrande, hvor der er rig mulighed for badning, leg og lange gåture langs vandet. Den store, lukkede og ugenerte have er perfekt til både børn og hunde, som kan lege frit, mens de voksne nyder solen på terrassen eller en rolig stund med en kop kaffe.

About 8 km from Grenå in beautiful surroundings you drive up Linde Alléen and are greeted by various animals. Through the gate you enter a closed courtyard with paradise apple trees and maybe a couple of peacocks. It is about 1000m to Karlby and Sangstrup cliffs and the sea, where there is a cozy and atmospheric little fishing village with tables and barbecue space. It's an excellent fishing and diving area.
