"Downtown" Alfred, Alfred State & Alfred University are within easy walking distance. Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is about an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

Quiet cabin in the woods with pond view/firepit

This is a very quiet property set back in the woods. This log cabin has a wood burning fireplace indoors making it nice and cozy. Large firepit outside for bonfires. This cabin is in the woods so you will see insects and wildlife, we do spray for insects and mice but there is only so much we can do. We have 17 acres for you to walk around and explore! Enjoy time at our pond, feel free to fish but ask you to release them because we love our wildlife. Close to Letchworth State park!

Cabin includes a king size bed (or 2 twins) and bunk beds. Please provide your own linens. Also has a wood burning stove. Welcome to our campsite in Angelica NY. Drive through our overgrown field into our private getaway. Double decker gazebo provides shelter below and seating above. Bring a tent and set it up top! It over looks the Angelica Creek. An outhouse with air temperature shower are provided. No potable water available! electric as of 2025. Pack it in, pack it out.

Hornell/Alfred Cozy 1 bedroom private apartment

Relax in a unique and private one bed, one bath apartment sitting above our beautiful barn with your own heated garage parking. The space comes with a full kitchen, a gas stove, washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. We are centrally located between downtown Hornell and Alfred, home to Alfred State and Alfred University. You would share a large U shaped driveway with the hosts, but will find plenty of privacy in this rural setting. We’d love to have you stay!
