The house designed by architect Sallum, with 24/7 security, is 2.3 km from the famous Quadrado and 2.6 km from Trancoso beach. Casa Luminada was meticulously planned for the appreciation of its natural elements, such as lighting and ventilation, in order to offer a modern, clean, comfortable and cozy environment with a touch of sophistication and comfort. Its land is 1,300m2 with 600m2 of built area. It has a 150m2 pool, barbecue area and green space.
