Large balcony with sea view with furniture (table, chairs ,rocker). The house has its own closed courtyard. In the yard is a large terrace where stands ( brass, tennis table,sunbeds). On the ground floor there is a laundry room (washing machine) and a bathroom. In the yard can park cars.
