On the left you can see Lefkada, while directly opposite Paxoi-Antipaxos. Absolute calm prevails, which is only shaken by the splashes of the waves. At 100 meters there is access to a beach for swimming, while it is surrounded by a multitude of beaches with the most secular one of Loutsa.

The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km.
