Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Great 71 m2 vacation apartment by the sea. Kitchen/living room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 5 people. Perfect for a family, 2 couples, or a group of friends. Nice patio and views inside/outside of the sea to the west. Nature is right outside, just 200 m to the Lista coastal trail and the sea. Walking distance to great beaches (Bausje/Bispen), playgrounds and restaurant/pub. 2 km to a local store and food stands in the harbor at Borhaug. 3 km to Lista Lighthouse. If you bring a fishing rod or a surfboard, there are great opportunities nearby.

Large and great cabin near the lake and 5 min from Farsund city center. Located in great nature with several hiking trails in the area. Farsund city center has several nice summer activities daily throughout the summer. 200 m walk down to the lake on both sides of the cabin, jetty and cozy swimming area for adults and children. There are 2 kayaks owned by the local associations. These can be borrowed. It is possible to rent a boat. It requires a boat license and knowledge of the boat. We hope that those of you who want to rent our place will treat it well.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. Morning coffee can be enjoyed both inside and outside with the same feeling of proximity to nature. Large windows overlooking the Spindsfjord and high ceilings bring nature close. A shared jetty with its own berth can be found about 2 minutes walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, you can go straight out into a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.

Cozy apartment in Rasvåg on Hidra, which is located right on the beach and has a jetty with swimming and fishing opportunities just outside the door. With southern idyll and great nature on all sides, it is a perfect place for relaxation and excursions. Fenced garden towards the lake and road, so small children can play freely. Hidra has a lot to offer in terms of attractions, fishing and nature experiences, but is also the starting point for trips to Brufjell, Flekkefjord city, Kjeragbolten, Prekestolen and many other exciting places.

Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower, well-equipped kitchen and living room with TV. Attic/mezzanine with 2 single beds, 1.80 ceiling height. Free rental of paddleboard and small kayak.

Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. The apartment is located with panoramic views of the park where children and adults enjoy themselves all day, shops and cafes are about 100 m away on Brooklyn Square. Lista has beautiful, varied nature, a Norway in miniature. Here are great beaches, great for cycling. Our American recent history is also unique, great American Festival that takes place "Last weekend in June" every year

Cozy apartment with panoramic views of the Selvaag Park. 100 meters walking distance to Brooklyn Square where you can enjoy a good meal at Larsen Bakery or at Holy Cow. 1 bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted to a double bed A total of 4 sleeping places. Bed linen/towels are not provided but can be rented for 150 NOK per guest. Then the bed will be made before your arrival, and one large and one small towel are included.

Right by the beautiful beaches on Lista where you can go for nice walks or surf the waves. The apartment has a heated pool in June, July and August. Location right by the pool and with a great view of the beach and lake. There are 2 large bedrooms as well as a loft with many sleeping places. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom as well as children's toys and books. Trampoline and playground right outside. About 7 km to Farsund city center.
