Come relax with friends and family at this gem of a condo at Rough Canyon on Lake Amistad. It's a first floor unit with covered parking for one vehicle, and a stunning swimming pool. King bed in the master bedroom, and queens in both other bedrooms. Master has it's own bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Enjoy sunsets or sunrises on the patio. Gas grill on patio. Fishing or lake life is just steps away. Parking for a boat also in the parking lot.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Fantastic location for larger groups or sportsmen who desire privacy and safety. 5 minutes to the nearest boat ramp. Plenty of room in this open concept 3500 sq ft home with a view of Lake Amistad 8 miles north of Del Rio. Easy access to shopping, the Air Force Base and area tourist attractions. Plenty of paved parking outside as well as a drive through garage in a very private setting.
