It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.

The Pinehurst development has two pools, one for children and a large one of adults to enjoy and rest. Parking is available inside the development. It is surrounded by golf courses on what you can walk to. Five min away by car from the south airport and 15 from Arona and Adeje.
