Charming guest house with stunning water view

Fully equipped and newly built apartment (2021) in a separate cottage by Lake Mjörn, just 30 km from Gothenburg. The lake view from its own patio is fantastic and the surroundings as well. The space is about 30 square meters and can house four people. Very fresh and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Sverigeleden in front of the house and own parking makes the accommodation easily accessible. 200 meters to the lake Mjörn which is good for fishing, swimming and beautiful environment!

Cozy guest house next to golf course!

Welcome to our lovely guest house located just outside Gothenburg next to Alvhem's Kunsgårds Golf Course. If you play golf, you have 20 meters to the nearest tee and if you want to go to Gothenburg, it is a 23-minute train ride to Gothenburg Central. The cottage is new and easily sleeps 4 people. There is room for up to 5 if you want to sleep in the loft. Private shower/toilet and simple kitchen in the cottage. Cleaning is not included but is done by the guest. My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!
