You can rent our completely renovated oak house for up to 7 persons from now on. The oak house with its own large garden is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein with wide view over the surrounding fields. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room, another double room shares the bathroom with a single room. The WZ has a beautiful fireplace and merges into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

Im Winter kann vom Balkon aus, das Wasser zwischen den Bäumen sehen und nach einem Sparziergang am Strand in der Infrarotkabine entspannen. Die Stadt Neustadt erhebt ganzjährig eine Tourismusabgabe. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können dazu gebucht werden. In der Nähe werden 2025 Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, dreifach Verglasung vorhanden.

Bikes can be securely locked in the basement. The penthouse floor can only be reached by residents with a chip via the elevator.

The car is only a few meters from our cliff with natural beach — beautifully located in the Bay of Neustadt. As a guest in our Grandma Edda, you are also a guest at our campsite — so everything that goes with it is available to you (e.g. bathroom facilities, playground and vacation program).
