Welcome to our cabin, located in a quiet area by a lake. The cabin has a beautiful view, and here are opportunities to experience both the northern lights and the midnight sun. The area has varied opportunities for hiking, outdoor activities and experiences all year round. Please feel free to ask us for tips :) NOTE: The sleeping home is open and is not suitable for children. Children can use bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, or a movable floor mattress. The cabin has a hot water tank of 120 liters, there is hot water for 3 - 4 people.

The cabin is located about 4 km from Sorrisniva which is known for the fantastic ice hotel they have in winter and a great restaurant that is open all year round.

The apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from the city center where you will find shopping centers, Nordlyskatedralen, cinema, restaurants, bars and much more. 5 minutes walk to grocery store. The location is perfect for those who like and stay active as the light rail and hiking trails start close to the house. Car can be included in the rent for a surcharge. Approximately 4.5 hours drive from Tromsø, through the scenic Lyngen and further north, you’ll reach the Finnmark Alps. In the winter you can take advantage of the slalom slope which is right next door, just put on the slalom skis and start right on the trail or go cross-country skiing in scenic surroundings. It is also a nice and quiet place where you can relax with a good book,TV bonfire outside, etc. The northern lights can be seen often in winter 😀 In the summer, there are many opportunities for hiking in the mountains and fields, and in the autumn, it is a great area for picking berries and mushrooms.

Alta city center is just 20 minutes away, offering shops, cafes, a water park,and a lot of hiking opportunities. Henrybu Comfortable house by the fjord.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

It is 17 kilometers from Alta city and perfect for scout for the northern lights, no "light pollution". Possible to rent Snowshoes, cross-country skis (has a limited selection) kicks and toboggan.
