Located on the first floor of a quiet detached house with enclosed garden and parking. Independent entrance, bathroom with toilet (towels provided), kitchenette equipped with a Senseo coffee maker, microwave, sink, fridge, induction stove, dishes, table, chairs, TV (dish towels provided). The room includes a sitting area with TV, 140 cm bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack. (SHEETS not provided) possibility of renting sheets 10 euros. Cleaning 20 euros. Not suitable for children under 8 years old.

We offer a charming little studio that can accommodate 2–4 people. It consists of an equipped/furnished kitchen, a bedroom consisting of a double bed, a living room consisting of a sofa bed that can accommodate two people and a bathroom with toilet. Nice, comfortable and self-contained studio. Kitchen open to living room, bedroom with 160*190 bed, open to bathroom with walk-in shower. Beautiful private terrace facing Mont Valier. It is accessible by mountain road, and is 25 minutes from shops. You will find the cottage an ideal place to rest, or hike. On a GR of countries, you can make beautiful hikes from the cottage. Some areas are common to guests of the gite such as the pool and veranda
