The apartment does not have elevator you have to climb stairs 5th floor with a final stretch of snail, but it is worth being able to enjoy the fantastic views and the beach. Enjoy the tranquility of a unique place, with no common areas to share with others. Magnificent views over the sea and the marina. We take the utmost care in applying cleaning and disinfection protocols. This is really a quiet place and therefore not suitable for groups who want to party. Ideal for families.
