Approx. 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (sloping ceilings are to be expected) to relax in the middle of Alt Duvenstedt in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park near the A7. The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

The apartment is on the second floor (stairs), in a quiet village location, just a 10-minute drive from Rendsburg and the Kiel Canal. In Fockbek you will find restaurants, banks, discounters, doctors, pharmacies, gas stations. For vacation, temporary living space, rent - bridging, seminars in small groups (6 people)… Cyclists are welcome. The outdoor area in the garden can be used by arrangement. Hey dear guests, Welcome to our colorful home! The apartment, about 40 square meters, is located on the second floor in an old townhouse from 1905 in which we have also lived on the first floor for 20 years. Our renovation motto was: Reuse instead of throwing away. Not only we, but also chickens, cats and dogs are at home on our colorful and wild property.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance and has 1 living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a travel bed for toddlers, kitchen, shower room and parking space.
