We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. Cozy and quiet Apartment in the heart of Vienna

Our Apartment is situated in the center of Vienna with walking distance to the main attractions (Rathaus, Ringstraße, Parlament..) In a 3 minutes walk you can reach the next Metro station and Tram. It is very quiet since the windows are facing a green courtyard. The apartment is perfect for 2 people clean, bright and well equipped to make you feel at home. It has a completely new kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove with oven & a De'Longhi machine. There is free Wifi in the whole flat.

Metro station U6 "Währinger Straße-Volksoper (U6)" and tram 40,41 and 42 is just a 3 min walk and you can reach the first district (University of Vienna, Rathaus, Burgtheater...) in less than 7 minutes.(4 tram stops, any of the 3 tram-lines)! Round the flat you will find supermarkets, traditional viennese coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacys, the Economic development institute WIFI and the AKH hospital is also close by.

Splendid apartment in historical building, 1909, last floor with two roof-decks, panoramic views and perfect natural light atmospheres, spacious rooms with high ceiling, cable TV, WI-FI, open living room with kitchen as well as chilling room for guests in Vienna. Parquet. Spacious bath room with bathtub. Toilet in extra room. Very charming place in one of the most beautiful areas of Vienna with plenty of history around (museums, restaurants, bars). Sie hat insgesamt 80m2 und ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein gemütliches großes Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer und liegt in sehr zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage. Bei Bedarf gibt es auch ein Kinderbett oder ein gemütliches Doppelsofabett PS Das Apartment ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet die man üblicherweise zu Hause hat und braucht. Bitte verwenden, aber bitte nicht mitnehmen!
