This house also has a magnificent kitchen full of utensils available for your use. A dining table equipped with a lovely view of the lake and mountains to look at while you dine, a bar station for you to relax and enjoy a drink. A laundry room. An extra bed. The bench in Alpine offers the perfect combination of peace, serenity, and direct access to miles of trails. You'll find plenty of room for trailers with 3 separate driveway entrances. The home is 2300 sq/ft with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Utilities and appliances are all electric with cove and radiant heat throughout.
