Studio loft, fully self-contained, with ensuite, with a netgear mesh system for full wireless coverage. Also, a washing machine and kitchenette. It is a perfect nest for one. Entry is private via the back gate. Backyard is a delightful setting for shared use. Extremely close to train, tram, and buses and the best parkland in Melbourne.
