Cozy apartment of 40 sqm that has everything you could need. The apartment has a large porch with sun almost all day, in addition to heat lamp. Fits perfectly for spring, summer and autumn. Borettslag has nice green areas, is quiet and family friendly. It is located short away from two grocery stores, bus, train and subway. From the subway it is 10 mins to downtown. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, if you are 3 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa as well 😊
