We are Javier and Juanjo and we have a single-family home on a 1000 m plot in Sierra de Fuentes, with lawn areas and a private pool. The house is divided into two completely independent floors separated by an exterior staircase that gives access to your accommodation and the pool. Access to the plot and outdoor areas are shared, and we will be happy to have you so close, but at the same time, with all the privacy of being on different and independent floors

The accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment with the kitchen integrated into the living room. It's completely new. It accommodates four people. Two people can sleep in the double bed in the bedroom and two other people can sleep in the sofa bed in the living room, which is the size of a double bed. It is located in the center of Don Benito, very close to Plaza de España. You have bars, restaurants, terraces, supermarkets, shops, and more at hand.
