At the top of a hill on 8 hectares of woods and meadows, the fully restored gîte forms a characterful whole. Calm and serenity guaranteed, it is located 10 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot and 20 minutes from Agen. The cottage, completely independent, on the ground floor, is located in the park, not facing the owners' house and another cottage.
