Best of all, the home features a huge water-facing wraparound deck where you can take in beautiful bay views, enjoy your morning coffee, gather for an evening meal, or simply settle in and watch the ever-changing coastal scenery. The home has been thoughtfully remodeled with comfort and coastal living in mind. The brand-new kitchen features new appliances and provides a bright, welcoming space for preparing everything from morning coffee and quick breakfasts to family dinners after a day of exploring. The open living area offers comfortable seating, plenty of natural light, and a wonderful place to gather with your group while still keeping the focus on the beautiful surroundings. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and ideal for larger groups. Bedroom 1 is located on the upper level and features a king bed plus a twin futon. Bedroom 2 is also upstairs and offers a comfortable king bed. Downstairs, Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, while Bedroom 4 features another king bed plus a twin futon. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms spread throughout the home, everyone can settle in comfortably while enjoying plenty of space and privacy. Inside, you'll find all the comforts needed for an easy and relaxing stay, including high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, comfortable furnishings, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. Bayview House - Beautiful Family Friendly Home With a View

Enjoy beautiful views of the bay and stunning sunsets through the large picture windows that welcome you to Bayview House. Observe the local wildlife including deer and a variety of birds while you sip your morning coffee. The waterfront outdoor fire pit is a perfect place to roast s’mores and relax after a day of adventures to nearby beaches, lakes, dunes and endless hiking trails. Everything you’ll need to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal is provided in the bright and fully equipped kitchen. Memory foam topped beds, 100% cotton linens, and fluffy towels help to ensure a comfortable stay. You will find everything you need to feel right at home including SMART televisions with cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, a game room with foosball table, and plenty of board games, puzzles, books and children’s toys. Bayview Home is an ideal place for a family or group of friends to enjoy the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview House may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview Cottage, a smaller home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. Consider renting both homes together for larger parties or a gathering where families may want their own space. Together both homes can accommodate parties of 8 and each home has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! Bayview home has a beautiful outdoor area that includes a fire-pit, bench, and table. During high-tide you can Stand Up Paddle or kayak right from the back yard. There are trails that head around the bay. Wildlife including egrets, deer, and geese often visit right out back! I am available by phone, text or email at anytime during your stay. I live nearby if you need anything while you are at the house. The house is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport. The house is fully handicap accessible with a ramp up to the front door and extra wide doors throughout the house. Please also note there is no barrier between the yard and the water (at high tide). Children will need to be supervised to ensure safety.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, located in the "East" side of Coos Bay, sleeps 6. The well-stocked kitchen is ready for preparing meals for your family or friends. In a quiet and peaceful neighborhood less than a 1/2 mile from a boat ramp to the bay and convenient for exploring the Coos River, Gold & Silver Falls and trails and hiking. Just minutes from Hwy 101 and downtown Coos Bay and close to many restaurants, pubs, services, and shopping.

Saunders Lakefront Retreat 600ft from Dunes

Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Please keep in mind that this is an older mobile as the price reflects so don’t expect a newly remodeled home.
