Best of all, the home features a huge water-facing wraparound deck where you can take in beautiful bay views, enjoy your morning coffee, gather for an evening meal, or simply settle in and watch the ever-changing coastal scenery. The home has been thoughtfully remodeled with comfort and coastal living in mind. The brand-new kitchen features new appliances and provides a bright, welcoming space for preparing everything from morning coffee and quick breakfasts to family dinners after a day of exploring. The open living area offers comfortable seating, plenty of natural light, and a wonderful place to gather with your group while still keeping the focus on the beautiful surroundings. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and ideal for larger groups. Bedroom 1 is located on the upper level and features a king bed plus a twin futon. Bedroom 2 is also upstairs and offers a comfortable king bed. Downstairs, Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, while Bedroom 4 features another king bed plus a twin futon. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms spread throughout the home, everyone can settle in comfortably while enjoying plenty of space and privacy. Inside, you'll find all the comforts needed for an easy and relaxing stay, including high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, comfortable furnishings, and a washer and dryer for added convenience. Bayview Cottage - Charming Family Friendly Home With a View

Enjoy beautiful views of the bay and wildlife including deer and a variety of birds from the large picture windows that welcome you to Bayview Cottage. Gather around the waterfront fire pit after a day of adventures to enjoy s’mores and stunning sunsets. Everything you’ll need to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick snack is provided in the fully equipped kitchen including spices, bakeware, a variety of kitchen appliances, and other cooking essentials. All three beds feature memory foam and cozy bedding to provide a wonderful night’s sleep. The house is fully stocked with Smart televisions including cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, and plenty of books, puzzles, toys and games. Bayview Cottage is an ideal home for families or a group of friends enjoying the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview Cottage may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview House, a larger home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. Consider renting both homes together for larger parties or a gathering where families may want their own space. Together both homes can accommodate parties of 8 and each home has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! This waterfront property is great for cozy evenings around the firepit. During low tide clam from the property or take a nature hike around the bay. Large picture windows provide views of the incredible sunsets while staying warm and cozy indoors. Along with the cottage, enjoy the deck with lawn chairs as well as the waterfront fire pit in the private backyard. I am available by phone, text or email at anytime during your stay. The cottage is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport.

Relax in our large 4 BR, 3.5 BA home. Azaleas, Rhododendrons, a twisted ornamental cherry tree and wisteria that wraps the front of the house create a beautiful park-like setting. The home is tastefully decorated with mid-century modern touches. Enjoy evenings on our deck around the fire table. Or, on the couch in front of the gas fireplace. Our kitchen is well stocked for family meals. We are central in the bay area, & close to grocery, restaurants, and retail shopping.

Rustic riverfront cabin only steps from the world famous Umpqua River. 3bd/2ba home on almost an acre nestled in the trees. 2 Pets are permitted with approval and a fee applies, see below. There is a fully furnished kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, pellet stove, barbeque, WIFI, streaming and a good selection of dvd's, books and games available. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably (the limit includes infants)
