La casa es un Bungalow en 1ª planta con balcón y gran ventana orientado al sol de la mañana, la cocina iluminada con el sol de mediodía y los dos dormitorios con el sol de la tarde. La vividenbda tiene luz solar abundante durante todo el periodo diurno. Los pasillos del complejo se iluminan por la noche para facilitar el tránsito con visibilidad. La vivienda ubicada en Pueblo Latino, Torre de la Horadada es un barrio muy tranquilo, sin ruido especialmente apropiado para el relax.

Pivate pool, BBQ and sauna are only for the use of the guests of the apartment. Another half of villa will be empty or occupied by the owner (Valentina). Your privacy is guaranteed. The nearest beach named Advocat is just 7 minutes walking distance away. 3 different restaurants are 5-10 min away by walking.
