You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.

This historical heritage offers you traces of the past and a unique atmosphere. We provide accommodation services only, no breakfast. However, you can enjoy excellent breakfasts at nearby authentic local cafes. Our house has a "Touristic Residence Permit" issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on March 28, 2024, with the number 10-2-1.
