The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning panoramic views to the beautiful mountains that the boathouse is bordered. Something that invites peace and relaxation. The boathouse is located close to famous areas such as Trollstigen, Geiranger, Aalesund and Atlanterhavsvegen. Nearby, the alpine resorts are located at Fjellsetra and Strandafjellet. The Sunnmøre Alps are known for their wonderful hiking area in summer and winter.

From this apartment you have easy access to everything Ålesund city centre has to offer. It is located on the 4th floor with no elevator, so be prepared, here the rump muscles get there. And if there are not enough stairs, the 418 steps up to Fjellstua are just a stone's throw away. Taking a different direction is the city's best eateries and great cafes nearby. Back in the apartment, you have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and you may be lucky enough to experience a beautiful sunset from the private balcony🌅

Spacious cabin with a great view, with hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski-in/ski-out) and nice groomed cross country ski tracks and light rail are just nearby. The area otherwise has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice hikes in both summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy fishing license).

Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50 m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if you want to rent a boat.

Garden ligg like ved sjøen og har egen havn, naust, bålplass m.m., og er i gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum.
