There is also a 90 cm mattress in the apartment that can be placed on the floor in the hallway or living room. It is also possible to sleep on the sofa in the living room Cozy patio that is common to all 6 apartments in the apartment building.

On the idyllic Sæbøneset farm lies "Gamlehuset". With panoramic views of the majestic "Sunnmørsalpane" lies the farm that has been in the family for several generations. Sæbøneset farm is located in Hjørundfjorden in Ørsta municipality. "Gamlehuset" is centrally located on the farmyard, and is equipped with all the amenities you need. The courtyard has no through traffic. The farm is located close to the sea and has its own harbor, boathouse, campfire area, etc., and is within walking distance to Sæbø center.

Cozy holiday home with amazing views of Hjørundfjorden. Several patios/terraces, fire pit and barbecue. Outdoor jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.

Her har du tilgang til flere butikker, bakeri, burgerking etc. Er du glad i å fiske eller glad i å ta et forfriskende bad er også sjøen rett nedenfor, med bare 50 meter. Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. Hytta ble bygget i 2023 og ligger midt i Sunnmørsalpene, med tur- og sykkelterreng rett utenfor døra og fjordene en kort kjøretur unna. Frisbeegolfbane og ballbinge like ved, sommeråpen gondol med kafé på Strandafjellet, og Geiranger, Trollstigen og Valldal innen en times kjøring. Kort sagt: en komfortabel base for aktive sommerdager, enten du vil bestige topper eller bare senke tempoet med utsikt over fjellene. Og kommer du om vinteren, går du rett ut på ski.

There is also a private harbor with the possibility to rent a boat. Price per day: 16 ft 15/20 horsepower NOK 600 plus petrol. 18 ft 30 horsepower NOK 850 per day. Gasoline is in addition to what the customer uses. Life jackets can be borrowed. All boat rentals are at your own risk
