Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Brygghuset Hagestad Österlen

The Brygghuset Hagestad former microbrewery in Österlen offers a newly renovated guesthouse in a boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The owner lives with his 2 children in the adjacent house. Warm welcome!

Rural nature close to Österlengård

Along a private small gravel road, in the middle of the Skåne field landscape, with walking distance to Hagestad nature reserve and the water. Here, the farm is beautifully situated overlooking Rytterskulle. You will stay in our newly renovated outbuilding, equipped with everything needed for the vacation. In the surrounding garden, there are crops, flowers, berry bushes and fruit trees. Here you have access to your own patio. Note: In a separate house on the farm, we live, a family of two adults, a small child and a calm dog.

Little house at Österlen!

"Lilla Huset" is a private residence of 27 km2 with a large wooden deck. The house has a living room area, a dining area and a kitchen with oven. The bathroom is equipped with shower and floor heating. The house is only 1 km from the coast and Valleberga viewpoint. Backagården has a restaurant and café nearby. Kåseberga and Ales Stenar are 2 km away, and it is 4 km to Daghammarskölds Backåkra, Hagestad's nature reserve with miles of sandy beaches. Glimminge house is also an attraction in the area, among many other things.

Botanist's house

In Kåseberga you live with proximity to nature, wildlife, the sea and the famous place Ales stenar. You live in the middle of the village on top of the old country store with all amenities such as free wifi and free parking. With a small walk down to the harbour you can reach cafes, small shops and smokehouse. In the cozy garden, there are barbecue facilities and fresh spices. On a windy day, the sea fills with happy surfers. Another day, the sky fills with bright colors from the paragliders. Warm welcome to paradise!

Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramavy över Östersjön, 15 meter till badstrand med brygga och strandcafé. Somna och vakna till vågornas brus. Två sängar där du ligger på första parkett och ser ut över havet. Pentry med två kokplattor, microugn, kaffebryggare, kyl och frysskåp. Liten matplats, två fåtöljer, TV, Wi-Fi. Badrum med dusch o wc. Stor terrass, grill. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Charming house in Kåseberga

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Cozy cottage with a private garden in wonderful Nybrostrand outside Ystad. The cottage is 69 sqm and has 2 bedrooms and a larger living room with fireplace. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.
