It is just 2 minuts walk from the train station. This 70 m2 air conditioned loft is a open space, heat pump heating systems, and fully equipped, with a double bed and a sofa bed. Located in the heart of the Gràcia neighborhood, a cultural, cool and authentic neighborhood. Close to Diamant Plaça. Singular flat at street level in the heart of the bohemian Gràcia district. It has it's own patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinners or a quiet drink after a day in the hectic city life. The house, since1850, has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with double bed (one is small) 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.
