Beautiful 15th century villa on 30 acre estate

Renovated 15th century farm house, Can Bernadas, Alella, is an idyllic spot. A short walking distance to town centre and 25 minutes from Barcelona center. The 30 acre estate has 3 swimming pools using natural mineral water from the mountains, orange groves, our own lake and direct access to the national park. We are a family of 4, Kate, I’m a producer at Barcelona Production. Pau who is also a producer and a well known hat maker (Pau Felipe) and Max and Eddie aged 17and 14. Our home is a magical place with spectacular mountain views. Very close to Alella centre, (2 min drive) and only 15 km from Barcelona centre. The space is the lower floor of our house with its own entrance, it’s a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with living area and kitchen. (Pool open from June)

Magnificent central town house in Alella with patio, tastefully decorated and very cozy. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Friendly owner who speaks EN/IT/ES/CAT and some FR. Alella has a very good gastronomic offer and is well connected to Barcelona by bus (35-minute trip) during daylight hours. There is also a night bus N81 or taxi option. It is located 2 km from the beach and the Masnou marina. Town with wine tourism activities and guided routes.
