Located in the La Tijera area, on a 7000m2 plot of forest on the mountainside with spectacular views of the Tietar Valley. Old area of terraced olive groves today populated with oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees.

Relaxation & Comfort

We are Javier and Juanjo and we have a single-family home on a 1000 m plot in Sierra de Fuentes, with lawn areas and a private pool. The house is divided into two completely independent floors separated by an exterior staircase that gives access to your accommodation and the pool. Access to the plot and outdoor areas are shared, and we will be happy to have you so close, but at the same time, with all the privacy of being on different and independent floors

You are just 3 minutes from downtown Villanueva De la Vera but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Everything is designed here so that you can “Atalantar”, which is the Partocha word we use to express that we are “in our center”.
