The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. Residential neighborhood, quiet, spacious, with easy free parking and well connected. Bus stop in front of the house. Hospital and supermarket very close by on foot.

El estudio está ubicado en un edificio histórico construido en los primeros años del siglo XX y forma parte del conjunto monumental de la Plaza de España.
