It has a private pool, 3 air-conditioned suites, 32" Smart TV, equipped kitchen, barbecue, bar and parking. 870 meters from the beach, it is the ideal space to relax in the midst of nature and enjoy the warm waters of Bahia! We do not provide bed/bath linen or extra beds! Consult us about the additional fee to make them available. For New Year's Eve/Carnival, the minimum stays are 5 days.

Guaratiba is a beautiful, quiet and safe beach, as it is in a closed and preserved condominium. The ideal place to rest and revitalize your energies! The Verde Mar Condominium is a reference in organization, tranquility and good hospitality. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary items for your rest and leisure. We have excellent fiber optic internet for work or study. All this is 40 meters from the beach and 10 km from Prado.
