Beautiful and bright duplex in a small fishing village. It is a very spacious penthouse with two terraces, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, parking and located in a residential area that has several facilities for community use: 3 swimming pools, tennis court, paddle tennis, soccer field, mini-golf, ping pong, petanque, barbecue area and children's playground. The complex is a 2-minute walk to the village center and a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Simple but cozy apartment, part of a house but with its own independent entrance. Just a 3-minute walk from the beach and the municipal swimming pool. A 5-minute drive from La Ràpita and the shopping area.
