This beautiful spacious two bedroom basement suite has a separate code entry. My place is sitting on 2 major golf coures Bear/Quail. 5 minutes to the airport, UBCO, & restaurants. Walking distance to the new Three lakes kraft Brew House "live music". We also recommend Vivid wine tour door pick & drop off service. We are only 15 minutes from town, beaches, hikes, shopping mall, movie theatre, & more ! Quiet neighbourhood so if you want a party house this is not the house for you.

A cozy and bright, completely off-grid Cottage in the Woods with wood stove, large open main level, & loft with queen bed. Facilities include outhouse, outdoor shower with instant hot water, outdoor kitchen with camp stove, BBQ & cooler, bring ice. Sauna is available for use (bring bathrobe). Cottage is completely private & separate from main house. Breakfast included M-F. Weekend breakfast, vegetarian dinner, & massage are available upon request, before arrival, at extra cost.

Unique updated 800sqft house features a touch of modern with the rustic charms of the original historic coal miner shack. Close to all the action and amenities. You can walk to all Drumheller's downtown attractions. New for 2025: No more cleaning fee! + Hot tub added for back yard relaxation. 2024- The town of Drumheller has implemented a maximum adult per space. This house only conforms to 2 adults max and up to 3 children. Please respect this new bylaw before booking.

SHARED Bathroom accessible at top of the property. Hot muffins and coffee or tea in the morning, tabletop barbecue and limited cooking supplies. Use the 250' beach -kayak, canoe, fish, swim, birdwatch or just read. This unit has NO electricity due to proximity to water. We have Kayak Rentals!
