Downtown Madrid is 30 minutes away, Aranjuez 25 minutes, Chinchón 20 minutes, and Toledo 1 hour.

Have fun with all the family and friends in this stylish accommodation just a 10 minutes walk from the Retiro Park Enjoy this big house with a lovely green terrace. The house has 3 floors: In the GROUND FLOOR you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen and one bathroom. In the FIRST FLOOR you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The biggest bedroom has the bathroom in suit. The BASEMENT FLOOR there is a playing ground area and the exit to the garage.

Old construction house, ideal for resting if you are traveling or to get to know the Alcarria. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen and living room, ideal for four/five people. By some stairs a little steep one goes upstairs, where there is another bathroom (with a hot tub), a bedroom with a double bed and another with a 120 cm bed. From there you can access the attic by the wooden stairs (see photos), in which there are two 90 cm beds.

Finca Alma is a beautiful, newly renovated house with a private pool and fireplace, located in the El Soto de Illana development. Accommodates up to 13 people. We are 70 km from Madrid and 30 km from Tarancón. Complete rental with swimming pool, fireplace, barbecue, paella grill and foosball. This makes it ideal for families and groups of friends. It's a very quiet area so parties are not allowed.

On the top floor, a cozy bedroom and separate bathroom.
