It is in an excellent location, just 8 minutes from the Army Polytechnic School (ESPE), 6 minutes from San Luis Shopping and 8 minutes from the Banco Guayaquil Chillo Jijón Stadium, all by car. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I will gladly recommend my favourite places in Valle de los Chillos so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. We are happy to welcome you!
