Central top apartment with sunny balcony

A small, cozy one-bedroom apartment (26 sqm) on the top floor of the townhouse in Majorstuen, towards Fagerborg. Very central to everything, but at the same time a safe and calm neighborhood. The apartment is bright and cozy, and has a nice southwest facing balcony that goes into a quiet backyard. It's sunny for much of the day, when the season allows! :) The apartment has a wall bed that is 1.40 m, which is knocked out from the wall (note: This is heavy!). With a knocked out bed, there will be a cramped and little floor space! This is a small apartment.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you'll be in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and queen bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

The apt and area has a lot to offer, with a great view of the Oslofjord, central location, easily reachable by walk, busses & trams. You can basically walk "everywhere" of interest. 4 min walk from the Central Train Station, which makes for easy airport access, and a 24/7 grocery store around the corner. The apartment is suitable for up to 2 people Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check-out is anytime before 12PM. Due to the time we need to make the apartment ready between guests we don´t offer early check-in or late check-out

There is walking distance to everything. Restaurants, pubs, museums, attractions. You name it. For getaways, public tranportation is basicly right outside the door. Perfect for couples, families, singles and business travelers. A great alternative to pricy hotels. OBS! We are upgrading the furniture.
